I'm really sorry to say that the Christmas Fair yesterday was very disappointing - we just about covered the cost of our stall and parking but not much else.
I always believe that no experience in life is wasted as long as you learn from it - so what did I learn from yesterday?
Going forward, I will only do craft shows and fairs where people have to make a definite decision to go to, for example village halls, churches, schools, etc.
With hindsight, I think it's a mistake to expect people who have gone to a shopping centre knowing what they have gone there for, to divert their attention to a Christmas or craft fair. What do you think?
I was really quite cross with myself because I forgot to take my camera with me, so no photographs to show you!
Until tomorrow, happy crafting.
