Hello Honey Step Card

Hello Crafters.

Today's step card
is in another new
in colour - Hello
Honey. The
decoration I have
used combines
some discontinued Stampin' Up!
clear buttons in
the same shapes
as the Itty Bitty
Punch Pack
- also now
discontinued.
They were a
great idea
because you
could punch out shapes in the colour card
stock you were using in your project and
and they adhered behind the button.

I don't often use buttons but when
I do, I always
thread baker's
twine through

the holes and
tie it in a bow.
As I adhere
coloured card
stock behind
these buttons,
I find it isn't
easy to sew
twine through, so I tie a bow
and adhere it to the button.

Today I photographed
the base of the
step card so you
can see what I
mean about the
white card stock, which is ready
for the sender to write their
birthday message.

I also photographed
the back of the card.
Although it's not really
necessary, I do like
to decorate the back
of these step cards.

Tomorrow's colour will be Tangelo Twist
Happy crafting.
